Fees

Our fees are €30 per hour (exempt from VAT*, minimum charge of €30) including charges for telephone calls. Postage and other disbursements will be itemised and added to your account. Time taken in excess of 1 hour will be charged in units of 15 minutes at €7.50 per unit. Our charges do not apply until we start working on your behalf.
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice being received.

There are no registration or membership fees to pay; our flexible fee structure ensures that you only pay for the time we actually spend resolving your problems or queries.

Those packages are purchased in advance and paid in full before any work commences. They are valid for 6 months after which any unused hours will not be redeemable. Any additional work will be invoiced at our standard rate of €30 per hour.

We specialise in translation and localisation of websites. The cost is dependent upon type and content of your website. Please contact us for a free quotation.

We accept on-line credit card payment or PayPal transfer. This payment method is very quick and easy: we send you an email; you just need to click a link in the email to make a payment! We also accept cheques issued by French and British banks.
